Succs mitig sa sortie en salle, ce spectacle d'avant-garde a gagn peu peu son titre mrit de film culte; spectacle d'une grande beaut visuelle, vritable tour de force technologique ralis l'poque des balbutiements de l'image de synthse, Tron a bnfici d'un scnario vritablement innovant, de l'apport esthtique d'artistes et de designers de talent (dont le Franais Moebius), et doit en grande partie son succs son ambiance unique, mlange de contemplation silencieuse et d'action haletante (la fameuse squence de la course moto) dans un univers tout en nons et en figures gomtriques colores. Le DVD tait attendu depuis longtemps mais cela en valait la peine: plusieurs heures de bonus sont au rendez-vous, du documentaire d'une heure et demie aux making-of des effets spciaux en passant par les commentaires et autres galeries de photos...--David Rault
